探讨脑卒中后抑郁对患者免疫功能的影响

摘要 目的探讨脑卒中后抑郁对患者免疫功能的影响。方法病例资料为本院2021年1月—2022年12月收治的30例脑卒中后抑郁患者(A组)、30例脑卒中患者(B组)、30例抑郁患者(C组)以及30例健康人员(D组)等的临床治疗状况与体检资料分组对照。结果A组、C组患者的T细胞亚群与D组的差异性较为明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。A组、C组患者的IgG、IgM、IgA,均与D组的差异性较为明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。A组患者的IgG、IgM、IgA等均与C组的差异性较为明显,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。B组患者的IgG、IgM、IgA与D组的差异性较为明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。A组、C组患者的补体C3均上升,两组间的差异性较为明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。B组患者的补体C3与D组差异性不明显,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。A组、B组、C组、D组的补体C4差异性不明显,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论脑卒中后抑郁对患者免疫功能产生不良影响,会损伤患者的免疫功能。 Objective To explore effect of post stroke depression on immune function of patients.Methods The paper collected case data of 30 patients with post-stroke depression(group A),30 patients with stroke(group B),30 patients with depression(group C),and 30 healthy individuals(group D)admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to December 2022.Clinical treatment status and physical examination data divided and compared.Results Difference in T cell subsets between group A and C and group D was statistically significant(P<0.05).Levels of IgG,IgM,and IgA in group A and group C were significantly different from group D,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Difference in IgG,IgM,IgA,etc.between group A and C was statistically significant(P<0.05).Difference in IgG,IgM,IgA between group B and D was statistically significant(P<0.05).Complement C3 levels of group A and C increased,with significant difference between two groups(P<0.05).Difference in complement C3 between group B and D was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Difference in complement C4 levels among groups A,B,C,and D was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Post stroke depression has adverse effect on immune function of patients and can damage immune function.
