摘要
目的 分析闭角型青光眼合并白内障患者采取超声乳化白内障摘除联合房角分离术治疗的效果。方法 选取2021年1月—2022年1月本院收治的62例闭角型青光眼合并白内障患者为研究对象,以随机数字表法将其分成参考组及实验组,每组31例。参考组行青光眼白内障联合手术治疗,实验组行超声乳化白内障摘除联合房角分离术治疗,以治疗有效率、视力、眼压、中央前房深度、房角宽度、术后并发症及生活质量评价两组治疗效果。结果 两组治疗有效率比较,实验组显高(P<0.05);两组视力、眼压、中央前房深度、房角宽度比较,实验组显优(P<0.05);两组术后并发症发生率比较,实验组显低(P<0.05);两组生活质量比较,实验组显高(P<0.05)。结论 闭角型青光眼合并白内障患者采取超声乳化白内障摘除联合房角分离术治疗可提升患者的治疗效果,改善其视力、眼压、中央前房深度及房角宽度,降低并发症产生率,从而提升患者生活质量。此种方法值得推广于临床。
Objective To analyze effect of phacoemulsification combined with angle separation surgery for patients with angle closure glaucoma and cataract.Methods The paper chose 62 patients with angle closure glaucoma and cataract from January 2021 to January 2022,and divided them into two groups with random number table method,namely reference group and experimental group.Reference group was treated with combined surgery for glaucoma and cataract,while experimental group with phacoemulsification cataract extraction combined with angle separation surgery,with 31 cases in each group.Treatment effect between two groups was evaluated based on treatment effect,visual acuity,intraocular pressure,central anterior chamber depth,angle width,postoperative complications and life quality.Results Effective rate of treatment in experimental group was significantly higher(P<0.05),with significantly better visual acuity,intraocular pressure,central anterior chamber depth,and angle width than reference group(P<0.05).Incidence of postoperative complications in experimental group was significantly lower than reference group,(P<0.05).Life quality in experimental group was significantly higher than reference group,(P<0.05).Conclusion Phacoemulsification combined with angle separation surgery can promote treatment effect of patients with angle closure glaucoma and cataract,improve their vision,intraocular pressure,central anterior chamber depth and angle width,reduce complications,and improve life quality,which is worthy of promotion in clinical practice.
