摘要
目的 分析临床护理人员心理韧性对压力负荷、心理健康水平和职业获益感的中介效应。方法 选取2022年4月—2023年4月本院在职临床护理人员100例参与研究,以护理人员在职时间作为分组标准,研究组为入职后工作2~10年的护理人员,对照组为入职后工作时间<2年的护理人员,每组各50例,分析护理人员心理韧性、压力负荷、心理健康水平、职业获益感等指标。结果 研究组心理韧性评分比对照组更高,组间对比存在显著差异性(P<0.05);研究组压力负荷评分低于对照组,对比差异显著,具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组心理健康水平较对照组更优异,对比差异显著,具有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组护士职业获益感评分高于对照组,组间对比存在显著差异性(P<0.05)。结论 工作时间较长的护理人员心理韧性较为坚韧,而心理韧性对于护理人员的职业获益感、压力负荷、心理健康水平等具有极为重要的调节作用。由此可知,医院内管理者以及护理人员均应重视自身心理韧性,便于提高护理工作质量,提升医院整体形象。
Objective To analyze effect of psychological resilience of clinical nursing staff on professional reward sense,stress load,mental health level,and explore mediating effect.Methods The paper chose 100 in-service clinical nursing staff in our hospital from April 2022 to April 2023 for study,divided them into study group worked for 2 to 10 years,and control group worked for less than 2 years with service time of nursing staff as grouping standard,50 cases in each group.Indicators of psychological resilience,stress load,mental health level,and professional reward sense were analyzed.Results Psychological resilience scores of study group were higher than control group,there was significant difference between the groups(P<0.05).Stress load scores of study group was lower than control group,difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Mental health level of study group was better than control group,difference was statistically significant,(P<0.05).Scores of professional reward sense for nurses in study group were higher than control group,there was significant difference between the groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing staff with long working hours have relatively strong psychological resilience,which plays extremely important regulatory role in professional reward sense,stress load,and mental health level.Therefore,it is necessary for hospital managers and nursing staff to pay attention to psychological resilience,improve quality of nursing work and enhance overall image of the hospital.
