摘要
新时代研究生思政教育是实现研究生全面发展的重要抓手,有利于促进培养“时代新人”、高等教育内涵式发展、研究生个人成长成才。要想消除科研至上思想突出,重视程度不足、科研与育人脱节,有效教学模式缺失、导师第一责任发挥不足,教育队伍不健全、实践育人缺乏创新,主体特色未能体现、外部环境变化冲击增大,功利主义倾向渐显等现实困境,完成培养“时代新人”的新使命,需要各大高校、科研院所提高思想认识,加强支部建设、强化课程思政,优化思政课程教育、落实导师责任制,完善思政育人团队建设、彰显专业特色,适应个体特征、发挥新媒体优势,增强互动性和亲和力。
The ideological and political education for graduate students in the new era is an important lever for achieving comprehensive development of graduate students,which is conducive to promoting the cultivation of“new talents of the times”,the development of higher education connotation,and the personal growth and success of graduate students.In order to eliminate the prominent ideology of putting scientific research first,insufficient emphasis,disconnection between scientific research and education,lack of effective teaching models,insufficient play of the primary responsibility of mentors,incomplete education teams,lack of innovation in practical education,failure to reflect the subject characteristics,increasing impact of external environmental changes,and increasing utilitarian tendencies,and complete the new mission of cultivating“new talents of the times”,it is necessary for major universities and research institutes to improve their ideological awareness,strengthen the construction of the Party branch,strengthen ideological and political courses,optimize ideological and political course education,implement the mentor responsibility system,improve the construction of ideological and political education teams,highlight professional characteristics,adapt to individual characteristics,give play to the advantages of new media,and enhance interactivity and affinity.
