皮肤衰老相关的生物标志物及其作用机制的研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 皮肤老化是人体衰老的直接表现,是遗传和环境因素共同作用的结果,表现为皮肤结构、功能和外观的累积性变化,如皱纹增多、松弛、弹性减退、毛细血管扩张、皮肤色素异常等,延缓皮肤老化对维护人们的心理健康和皮肤的正常生理功能具有重要意义。皮肤老化是一个高度复杂且尚未完全明了的过程,目前还无法根据单一的生物标志物明确检测和评估衰老。本文对衰老相关的生物标志物及其作用机制进行了详细阐述。 Skin aging is a direct manifestation of human aging,which is the result of the joint action of genetic and environmental factors,and is manifested by cumulative changes in skin structure,function and appearance,such as increased wrinkles,laxity,elastosis,telangiectasia,and skin pigmentation abnormalities,etc.It is of great significance to delay skin aging in order to safeguard people’s mental health and the normal physiological function of the skin.Skin aging is a highly complex and not yet fully understood process,and it is not yet possible to definitively detect and assess aging based on a single biomarker.In this paper,aging-related biomarkers and their mechanisms of action were described in detail.
