摘要
亚临床甲状腺功能减退症(简称“亚甲减”)后代大脑发育异常的一个重要核心是母体脾虚导致后代元神失养,在治疗上,应该以“健脾益气”为原则。研究表明,脾的生理特点与线粒体的功能特点密切相关,脾失升清的本质是能量代谢障碍。脾虚时,线粒体能量代谢异常,活性氧等自由基增加,导致体内产生氧化应激。现代医学认为,甲状腺素是线粒体功能的重要调节剂,线粒体功能异常引发机体氧化应激反应可能会影响大脑发育。因此,从“脾失升清”线粒体功能异常探讨妊娠亚临床甲减后代脑损伤将丰富中医学“从脾论治”妊娠亚临床甲减后代脑发育疾病的科学内涵。
An important core factor of the abnormal brain development of the offspring of subclinical hypothyroidism is that the spleen deficiency of the mother leads to the loss of the nourishment of primordial Qi.In the treatment,the principle of“invigorating spleen and nourishing Qi”should be taken.Studies have shown that the physiological characteristics of spleen are closely related to the functional characteristics of mitochondria,and the essence of“the failure of spleen to ascend food nutrients”is energy metabolism disorder.When spleen deficiency occurs,mitochondrial energy metabolism is abnormal,and free radicals such as reactive oxygen species increase,leading to oxidative stress in the body.Modern medicine holds that thyroxine is an important regulator of mitochondrial function,and oxidative stress caused by mitochondrial dysfunction may affect brain development.Therefore,the study of brain injury in offspring of subclinical hypothyroidism in pregnancy caused by mitochondrial dysfunction from“the failure of spleen to ascend food nutrients”will enrich the scientific connotation of the traditional Chinese medicine in treating brain development disorders in offspring of subclinical hypothyroidism in pregnancy from the spleen.
