季冻区加固RC梁抗剪性能试验研究

摘要 为充分考虑环保因素,研究遭受冻融破坏后的RC梁加固绿色钢纤维网是否能提升抗剪承载力的问题。把受到冻融破坏的钢筋混凝土构件与废旧轮胎中提取出的钢纤维相结合,既实现了废物再利用,解决了环保问题,又为抵抗冻融破坏提供了新途径。文中主对6根钢筋混凝土梁进行加载试验,并结合DIC云图和试验数据进行分析可知,加固后的试件梁比未加固的试件梁抗剪承载力均有提升,绿色钢纤维网能有效提升受到冻融损伤的钢筋混凝土构建的抗剪承载力。 Considering environmental factors this paper studies the problem of strengthening green steel fiber net-work after freezing-thawing damage.The combination of the reinforced concrete components damaged by freezing and thaw and the steel fiber extracted from the waste tire is a way for waste reuse and solving the environmental prob-lems,which provides a new way to resist freezing and thaw damage.Loading tests on 6 reinforced concrete beams are conducted,from which DIC cloud images and test data are obtained.It can be concluded that the shear bearing ca-pacity of the reinforced specimen beam is improved compared to the unreinforced specimen beam.Green steel fiber mesh effectively enhance the shear bearing capacity of reinforced concrete structures damaged by freeze-thaw.
