摘要
目的探讨双歧杆菌四联活菌联合消旋卡多曲、蒙脱石散治疗小儿腹泻的效果。方法择取2021年2月至2022年2月收治的128例腹泻患儿作为研究对象,以随机法将其分为对照组和观察组,各64例。对照组给予消旋卡多曲、蒙脱石散治疗,观察组在对照组基础上加双歧杆菌四联活菌治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组的治疗总有效率为93.75%,高于对照组的81.25%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的肠球菌、肠杆菌数量低于对照组,双歧杆菌、乳酸杆菌数量高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)高于对照组,CD8^(+)低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的止泻时间、呕吐消退时间、脱水纠正时间、退热时间短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论双歧杆菌四联活菌联合消旋卡多曲、蒙脱石散治疗小儿腹泻可改善肠道微生态,调控免疫指标水平,还能缩短症状持续时间,提高治疗效果,值得临床推广与应用。
Objective To explore the effect of combined Bifidobacterium,Lactobacillus,Enterococcus and Bacillus cereus tablets,live combined with racecadotril and montmorillonite powder in the treatment of infantile diarrhea.Methods A total of 128 children with diarrhea admitted from February 2021 to February 2022 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 64 cases in each group.The control group was treated with racecadotril and montmorillonite powder,and the observation group was treated with combined Bifidobacterium,Lactobacillus,Enterococcus and Bacillus cereus tablets,live on the basis of the control group.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 93.75%,which was higher than 81.25% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the numbers of Enterococcus and Enterobacter in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the numbers of Bifidobacteria and Lactobacilli were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,CD3^(+),CD4_(+)and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,CD8+was lower than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The antidiarrheal time,vomiting regression time,dehydration correction time and antipyretic time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Combined Bifidobacterium,Lactobacillus,Enterococcus and Bacillus cereus tablets,live combined with racecadotril and montmorillonite powder in the treatment of infantile diarrhea can improve the intestinal microecology,regulate the levels of immune indexes,shorten the duration of symptoms and improve the therapeutic effect,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
