摘要
目的研究药学干预在中药注射剂超说明书用药合理性中的应用效果。方法在南昌三三四医院2019年1月—2021年12月收诊的应用中药注射剂治疗的住院患者中随机抽取1000例为研究对象,将患者随机分入2组中,对照组未给予药学干预,观察组给予药学干预,对比2组的超说明书用药情况。结果观察组患者的超说明书用药概率24.00%(120/500)低于对照组的49.40%(247/500)(P<0.05);且观察组患者超功能主治、超溶媒、超给药剂量的概率均低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组与对照组超给药浓度、超给药疗程和超禁忌的概率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组的不良反应发生率6.40%(32/500)低于对照组的11.40%(57/500)(P<0.05)。结论药学干预能减少中药注射剂超说明书用药情况,保障用药的合理性,减少用药不良反应,值得推广。
Objective To study the application effect of pharmaceutical intervention in the rationality of Chinese medicine injection.Methods One thousand hospitalized patients treated with Chinese medicine injection in Nanchang 334 Hospital from January 2019 to December 2021 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group did not give pharmaceutical intervention,and the observation group was given pharmaceutical intervention.The off-label drug use of the two groups was compared.Results The probability of off-label drug use in observation group was 24.00%(120/500),which was lower than that in control group(49.40%,247/500)(P<0.05).The probability of hyper functional indications,hyper solvent and hyper dose in observation group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the observation group and the control group in the probability of overdosing concentration,overdosing duration and over contraindication(P>0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in observation group was 6.40%(32/500),which was lower than that in control group(11.40%,57/500)(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of pharmaceutical intervention in the use of Chinese medicine injection can reduce the off-label medication,ensure the rationality of drug use,and reduce the adverse drug reactions,which is worth popularizing.
