摘要
目的探讨三仁汤加减联合电针对湿性年龄相关性黄斑变性(AMD)患者黄斑视网膜厚度及临床疗效的影响。方法将110例单侧湿性AMD患者随机分为2组。对照组予入院常规治疗,试验组在对照组基础上予以三仁汤加减联合电针治疗,2组治疗3个月。比较2组临床疗效、最佳矫正视力(BCVA)、眼压、黄斑中心凹厚度(CMT)、黄斑部色素上皮与脉络膜毛细血管复合层(PECCL)厚度、视网膜神经上皮层(RNL)厚度、神经纤维层(MNFL)厚度,以及并发症发生率。结果治疗后试验组总有效率90.91%(50/55)高于对照组的74.55%(41/55)(P<0.05)。治疗后,试验组矫正视力高于对照组,眼压、CMT低于对照组(P<0.05);试验组PECCL、RNL及MNFL厚度低于对照组(P<0.05)。2组患者并发症发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论三仁汤加减联合电针治疗能明显改善湿性AMD患者视力,降低黄斑视网膜厚度,效果显著。
Objective To investigate the effect of Sanren decoction combined with electroacupuncture on macular retinal thickness and clinical efficacy in patients with dampness age-related macular degeneration(AMD).Methods One hundred and ten patients with AMD were randomly divided into 2 groups.The control group received routine admission treatment,and the treatment group received more with Sanren decoction combined with electroacupuncture.2 groups were treated for 3 months.The clinical efficacy,corrected visual acuity,best corrected visual acuity(BCVA),the thickness of macular pigment epithelium and choroidal capillary complex layer(PECCL),retinal neuroepithelial layer(RNL)and nerve fiber layer(MNFL)were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of the experimental group was 90.91%(50/55),which was higher than that of the control group(74.55%,41/55)(P<0.05).After treatment,the corrected visual acuity of experimental group was higher than that of control group,IOP and CMT were lower than that of control group(P<0.05).The thickness of PECCL,RNL and MNFL in experimental group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between 2 groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Sanren decoction combined with electroacupuncture can significantly improve visual acuity and reduce macular retinal thickness in patients with wet AMD.
