摘要
目的观察唾液酸酶法与妇科白带快速染色法对妇科疾病的诊断价值。方法169例妇科疾病患者,均为唾液酸酶法检查呈阳性患者且同时接受妇科白带快速染色法。比较唾液酸酶法与妇科白带快速染色法对于阴道分泌物清洁度的检出情况,分析妇科白带快速染色法对阴道炎类型的诊断结果。结果唾液酸酶法检查中,清洁度Ⅰ度占比为1.18%,Ⅱ度占比为44.38%,Ⅲ度占比为34.32%,Ⅳ度占比为20.12%;妇科白带快速染色法检查中,清洁度Ⅰ度占比为0.59%,Ⅱ度占比为44.38%,Ⅲ度占比为34.91%,Ⅳ度占比为20.12%;唾液酸酶法与妇科白带快速染色法对阴道分泌物清洁度的检出情况比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。妇科白带快速染色法共检出阴道炎93例(55.03%),其中细菌性阴道炎21例(22.58%),滴虫性阴道炎18例(19.35%),霉菌性阴道炎15例(16.13%),混合感染性阴道炎39例(41.94%)。结论在妇科疾病诊断中唾液酸酶法和妇科白带快速染色法均具有各自的应用优势,而妇科白带快速染色法能鉴别阴道炎的类型,其在妇科疾病诊断中应用价值更高,值得推广应用。
Objective To observe the diagnostic value of sialidase method combined with gynecological leucorrhea fast staining method in gynecological diseases.Methods 169 patients with gynecological diseases were tested positive by sialidase method and received gynecological leukorrhea fast staining method at the same time.The degree of cleanliness of vaginal secretion detected by sialidase method and gynecological leucorrhea rapid staining method was compared,and the diagnostic results of gynecological leucorrhea fast staining method for type of vaginitis were analyzed.Results By sialidase method,Ⅰdegree of cleanliness accounted for 1.18%,Ⅱdegree of cleanliness accounted for 44.38%,Ⅲdegree of cleanliness accounted for 34.32%andⅣdegree of cleanliness accounted for 20.12%.By gynecological leucorrhea fast staining method,Ⅰdegree of cleanliness accounted for 0.59%,Ⅱdegree of cleanliness accounted for 44.38%,Ⅲdegree of cleanliness accounted for 34.91%andⅣdegree of cleanliness accounted for 20.12%.There was no statistically significant difference between sialidase method and gynecological leucorrhea fast staining method in detecting degree of cleanliness of vaginal secretions(P>0.05).A total of 93 cases(55.03%)of vaginitis were detected by gynecological leucorrhea fast staining method,including 21 cases(22.58%)of bacterial vaginitis,18 cases(19.35%)of trichomoniasis vaginitis,15 cases(16.13%)of mycotic vaginitis and 39 cases(41.94%)of mixed infectious vaginitis.Conclusion In the clinical tests of gynecological diseases,both sialidase method and gynecological leucorrhea fast staining method have their own application advantages,while gynecological leucorrhea fast staining method can identify the types of vaginitis,and its application value is higher in the diagnosis of vaginitis,which is worthy of promotion.
