摘要
工匠精神是职业教育人才培养的重要内容,是高素质技术技能人才的基本特质。培养工匠人才是国家职业教育改革和发展的需要,如何将工匠精神融入高职院校教育教学中去,从而培养出一批高素质、高质量的职业技术人才,是当前高职院校面临的一个重大问题。针对把工匠精神融入高职院校教育教学中的重要意义进行了论述,并对工匠精神融入高职院校教育教学中所面临的困境与挑战进行了剖析,并就如何把工匠精神融入高职院校教育教学中的具体措施进行了探讨,以期能更好地促进高职院校教育教学工作,从而提高高职院校的人才培养质量。
The spirit of craftsmanship is an important part of vocational education and a fundamental characteristic of high-quality technical and skilled talents.Cultivating“craftsman”talents is a necessity for the reform and development of national vocational education.How to integrate the“craftsman spirit”into the education and teaching to cultivate a group of high-quality vocational and technical talents,is a major problem currently faced by vocational and technical colleges.The article discusses the significance,analyzes the difficulties and challenges,and explores specific measures on how to integrate the“craftsman spirit”into the education and teaching of higher vocational and technical colleges,in order to better promote the teaching,and to improve the quality of talent cultivation in higher vocational and technical colleges.
