摘要
铝镁合金目前被广泛使用,对其进行提高性能的研究意义重大。对5A06铝合金先进行压缩变形然后进行深冷处理,研究不同变形量和深冷时间对其组织和性能的影响。研究表明:5A06铝合金进行深冷处理时,不论压缩变形与否,合金硬度均随深冷处理时间的延长而增大。深冷处理时间一定时,压缩变形量与合金硬度的改变没有线性关系。提高该合金硬度的较佳工艺是压缩变形16%+深冷处理72h。压缩变形条件相同,深冷处理时间对5A06铝合金组织有显著影响,随深冷处理时间的延长,组织中的Al3Mg2相数量明显增加。深冷处理时间和压缩变形量是影响合金组织和性能的关键因素,处理效果取决于二者对合金应力的影响程度。
Al-Mg alloys are widely used at present,and it is significant to improve its properties.The microstructure and properties of 5A06 aluminum alloy were studied by pressing deformation and cryogenic treatment.The results shew that the hardness of 5A06 aluminum alloy increased with the extension of cryogenic treatment time,regardless of pressing deformation or not.There was no linear relationship between the amount of pressing deformation and the alloy hardness when the cryogenic treatment time was fixed.The better technology to increase the hardness of the alloy was pressing deformation 16%+cryogenic treatment 72h.Under the same pressing deformation conditions,the cryogenic treatment time has a remarkable effect on the microstructures of 5A06 aluminum alloy.With the extension of cryogenic treatment time,the amount of Al3Mg2 phase in the microstructures increased obviously.The time of cryogenic treatment and the amount of pressing deformation were the key factors affecting the microstructures and properties of the alloy,and the effect depended on the degree of their influence on the stress of the alloy.
