摘要
本文利用STAR-CCM+流体仿真软件,基于SST K-W湍流模型,完成了不同流量、不同温度下热管理控制阀的流阻仿真,并通过试验验证了仿真结果的可靠性,为设计人员优化结构提供帮助,缩短研发周期,提高工作效率。结果表明:同流量下,温度高的冷却液因黏度降低,流阻偏小,试验值与仿真结果趋势一致;30-100lpm小流量试验值与仿真值误差最大为14.7%,原因为小流量下,流阻本身不大,加上不可必免的试验测试误差,误差算下来要大一些;125-200lpm大流量,冷却液23℃时误差在10%以内,65℃时最大误差12.6%。
In this paper,STAR-CCM+fluid simulation software was used to complete the flow resistance simulation of thermal management control valves under different flows and temperatures based on the SST K-W turbulence model.The reliability of the simulation results was verified through experiments,which provided help for designers to optimize the structure,shorten the research and development period,and improve work efficiency.The results show that:at the same flow rate,the flow resistance of the coolant with high temperature is small due to the decrease of viscosity,and the experimental value is consistent with the simulation result.The error between 30-100lpm small flow test value and simulation value is up to 14.7%,the reason is that under the small flow,the flow resistance itself is not big,plus the inevitable test error,the error is calculated to be larger 125-200lpm large flow,coolant 23℃ error within 10%,65℃ maximum error 12.6%.
