摘要 传统电厂空压机人工启停控制方法并不利于资源节约,开展机械化、自动化启停控制研究具有重要意义。为解决传统方法存在的问题,提出基于PLC技术的电厂空压机机械化自动启停控制方法。根据电厂多台空压机联控模型,设计空压机的启停规则;设计基于PLC技术的电厂空压机启停模糊控制器,将控制器输入、输出变量实行模糊化处理后输入启停模糊控制器中,完成空压机的机械化自动启停控制。实验结果表明,所提方法的电厂空压机机械化自动启停控制准确度更好,实际应用效果佳。 The traditional manual start stop control method for air compressors in power plants is not conducive to resource conservation,and it is important to carry out research on mechanized and automated start stop control.To solve the problems existing in traditional methods,a mechanized automatic start stop control method for power plant air compressors based on PLC technology is proposed.Design start stop rules for air compressors based on the joint control model of multiple air compressors in the power plant.Design a power plant air compressor start stop fuzzy controller based on PLC technology,fuzzify the input and output variables of the controller and input them into the start stop fuzzy controller to complete the mechanized automatic start stop control of the air compressor.The experiment shows that the proposed method for mechanized automatic start stop control of power plant air compressors has better accuracy and practical application results.
