摘要
生物质作为清洁高效的新型资源,具有广泛的应用价值,充分利用生物质是当前双碳背景下冶金领域节能降碳的有效措施。介绍了生物质在浮选、烧结、球团、焙烧等铁矿加工领域中的应用,并总结了国内外学者在上述领域的现有研究成果及相关理论,同时提出了目前生物质在实际应用过程中存在的挑战。生物质作为浮选抑制剂时具有用量少、抑制性强等特点,但选择性相对较差;生物质在烧结工序中作为传统燃料的替代物,能够有效降低烧结成本和污染物排放,但其燃烧特性的缺陷导致大量添加时易造成烧结矿质量下降,目前尚无法大规模应用;生物质用作球团黏结剂时具有用量少、残留量低、可改善球团冶金性能等优点,但成本较高,且单一使用时容易使球团热性能和强度恶化;生物质作为焙烧还原剂时,可在较低的还原温度下获得更高的反应速率,但由于热稳定性差导致其与铁矿石共热还原时添加量受限,利用生物质单独热解制气或与传统焦煤混合使用可在一定程度上解决上述问题。最后,对生物质在铁矿加工领域的应用前景提出了展望。
As a clean and efficient new resource,biomass has wide application value.Fully utilizing biomass is an effective measure for energy conservation and carbon reduction in the metallurgical field under the current dual carbon background.The application of biomass in iron ore processing fields such as flotation,sintering,pelletizing,and roasting is introduced,and the existing research results and related theories of domestic and foreign scholars in the above fields were summarized.At the same time,the challenges that currently exist in the practical application of biomass are also proposed.When used as a flotation inhibitor,biomass has the characteristics of low dosage and strong inhibition,but the selectivity is relatively poor.As a substitute for traditional fuels in the sintering process,biomass can effectively reduce the cost of sintering and the emissions of pollutants,but the defect of its combustion characteristics leads to a decrease in the quality of sinter when added in large quantities,and it cannot be applied on a large scale at present.When used as a pellet binder,biomass has the advantages of low dosage,low residual amount,and improved metallurgical properties of pellets,but it has a high cost and can easily deteriorate the thermal performance and strength of pellets when used alone.As a roasting reductant,biomass can achieve a higher reaction rate at a lower reduction temperature,but due to its poor thermal stability,its addition is limited when co-thermal reduction with iron ore.Using biomass alone for pyrolysis to produce gas or mixed with traditional coking coal can to some extent solve the above problems.Finally,prospects for the application of biomass in the field of iron ore processing are proposed.
