摘要
针对现代化氧化铝厂生产活动中电气设备资源损耗率大、电力成本高的问题,本文分析了氧化铝厂的能耗,然后基于变压器、变频器2个维度提出氧化铝厂电气设备的效能优化措施,即根据氧化铝厂的生产需求及电气设备的运行特点,选用节能性更好的变压器,同时合理控制变压器的平均负荷率;针对氧化厂电气设备的负荷性能特征,利用谐波治理装置在保障变频器运行效率的基础上,对其进行参数与效能优化。结果表明,在合理改造变压器及变频器的情况下,能真正实现氧化铝厂电气节能设备的效能优化。
In response to the problems of high resource loss rate and high power cost of electrical equipment in the production activities of modern alumina plant,this paper analyzes the energy consumption of alumina plant,and then proposes efficiency optimization measures for electrical equipment in alumina plant based on two dimensions:transformers and frequency converters.Based on the production needs of alumina plant and the operating characteristics of electrical equipment,transformers with better energy efficiency are selected,while the average load rate of transformers is reasonably controlled.Based on the load performance characteristics of the electrical equipment in the alumina plant,the harmonic control device is used to optimize the parameters and efficiency of the frequency converter while ensuring its operational efficiency.The results indicate that with the reasonable transformation of transformers and frequency converters,the efficiency optimization of electrical energy-saving equipment in alumina plant can be truly achieved.
