医学工作者对医学统计学的认知态度和咨询服务需求现状调查

摘要 目的了解医学工作者对医学统计学的认知态度和咨询服务需求现状,为提高医学统计学咨询服务质量提供依据。方法于2021年12月使用自制问卷对不同专业的502名医学工作者进行在线调查。结果认知态度方面,93.63%的人认为医学统计学很重要,92.63%的认为学习难度大,仅4.98%的“总是能独立处理”统计相关问题。咨询服务需求方面,90.64%的人愿意接受医学统计学咨询服务,咨询需求最大的内容是研究设计,57.44%的咨询者需要经历至少3次沟通过程。结论医学工作者充分认识到医学统计学的重要性,但应用能力普遍较低,咨询服务需求大,现有咨询服务质量有待提高。 Objective To understand the cognitive attitude of medical staffss towards medical statistics and the current demand for consultation services,so as to provide a basis for improving the quality of medical statistics consultation services.Methods In December 2021,502 medical staffss from different professions were surveyed online using a self-made questionnaire.Results In terms of cognitive attitude,93.63%of people believe that medical statistics is important,92.63%believe that learning is difficult,and only 4.98%are"always able to independently handle"statistical related issues.In terms of consulting service demand,90.64%of people are willing to accept medical statistics consulting services,with the highest demand for consulting content being research design.57.44%of consultants need to go through at least three communication processes.Conclusion Medical staffss fully recognize the importance of medical statistics,but their application ability is generally low,and there is a high demand for consulting services.The quality of existing consulting services needs to be improved.
