我国部分地区屠宰生猪弓形虫和多杀性巴氏杆菌感染情况调查

Investigation on the Infection with Toxoplasma gondii and Pasteurella multocida in Live Pigs for Slaughter in China

摘要 为了解我国屠宰生猪弓形虫和多杀性巴氏杆菌感染情况,在河北、内蒙古、广西、四川和贵州等5省份开展现场调查和样品检测。结果显示:屠宰生猪弓形虫抗体阳性率为15.2%(95%CI:7.0%~24.4%),病原学阳性率为7.0%(95%CI:1.7%~11.5%);多杀性巴氏杆菌病原学阳性率为6.4%(95%CI:1.6%~10.5%)。结果表明:我国屠宰生猪中存在弓形虫和多杀性巴氏杆菌感染,弓形虫感染率更高。部分地区屠宰环节检疫工作存在驻场官方兽医人数不足、外聘人员协检、实验室检测能力待加强等问题,建议尽快改善屠宰场实验室条件,提高屠宰检疫管理水平,明确屠宰场检疫能力建设标准,加快人工智能技术应用,以保障食品安全和公共卫生安全。 In order to investigate the infection with Toxoplasma gondii and Pasteurella multocida in live pigs for slaughter in China,on-site investigation and sample detection were carried out in 5 provinces(autonomous regions)including Hebei,Inner Mongolia,Guangxi,Sichuan and Guizhou.The results showed that the positive rate of antibodies against Toxoplasma gondii was 15.2%(95%CI:7.0%-24.4%),the pathogenic positive rate was 7.0%(95%CI:1.7%-11.5%),and the positive rate of Pasteurella multocida pathogenes was 6.4%(95%CI:1.6%-10.5%).In conclusion,Toxoplasma gondii and Pasteurella multocida infection existed in live pigs for slaughter in China,especially the former that was with a higher infection rate.Such shortcomings were found from quarantine during slaughter procedure in some areas as insufficient number of on-site official veterinarians,co-inspection with contracted employee and poor laboratory test capabilities.It was therefore recommended to improve laboratories'conditions of slaughterhouses and the management level of slaughter quarantine,define the standards for building quarantine capabilities of slaughterhouses,and accelerate the application of artificial intelligence technology to safeguard food safety and public health safety.
