摘要
目前,建筑项目的工程造价管理是全部项目能不能成功建设和发展的重点要素。在建筑项目工程开发经营规模愈来愈大的今天,全部项目的工程造价管理看起来尤其关键。因此,本文主要针对建筑项目工程造价控制与管理中存在的问题,以及相关的控制措施进行了全面的研究和分析,希望可以为相关的工作者提供有用的参考价值。
At present,the engineering cost management of construction projects is the key element for the successful construction and development of all projects.At present,with the increasing scale of construction project engineering development and operation,the engineering cost management of all projects seems to be particularly critical.Therefore,this paper makes a comprehensive research and analysis on the existing problems in the construction project engineering cost control and management,as well as the related control measures,hoping to provide useful reference value for relevant workers.
