立井井筒修复技术的应用

摘要 针对陈四楼煤矿副井井筒-190 m位置出现井壁破损、出水现象,通过分析找到主要原因是井下进行采掘活动引起水位下降导致地表沉降,从而引起井筒沉降,井壁发生破坏,结合井筒地质条件,采用井壁架井圈支护,再用轨道竖向固定井圈,最后壁间注浆加固的治理方案,降低井筒突水涌砂风险,达到了井壁加固、封堵出水的预期治理效果。 In view of the phenomenon of shaft wall damage and water leakage at-190 m position of auxiliary shaft in Chensilou Mine,the main reason for the damage was that the underground mining activities caused the water level to drop and leaded to surface settlement,which caused the shaft settlement and the shaft wall to be damaged.Combined with the geological conditions of the shaft,the shaft wall was supported by the well ring of the shaft wall frame,and then the well ring was fixed vertically by the track.Finally,the treatment scheme of grouting reinforcement between the walls reduced the risk of water inrush and sand gushing in the shaft,and achieved the expected treatment effect of shaft wall reinforcement and water plugging.
