钛-变色酸络合物比色法测定防晒霜中的二氧化钛

摘要 目的建立钛-变色酸络合物测定防晒霜中二氧化钛方法。方法比较干灰化法、湿法消解、微波消解3种方法对样品进行预处理,采用钛-变色酸络合物比色法测定,绘制标准曲线,计算钛元素含量,并对方法稳定性、精密度及回收率进行考察。结果通过硝酸-氢氟酸-过氧化氢混合酸微波消解防晒霜样品,选择460 nm为测定波长,二氧化钛在0.0~1.0μg/mL质量浓度范围内线性关系良好,标准曲线方程为y=0.2476x+0.0281,r=0.9993,检出限为0.75 mg/kg,回收率在98.8%~103.2%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.96%~2.13%。结论该方法灵敏度、准确度较高,检出限低且线性范围宽,适用于防晒霜中过量添加二氧化钛的检测。 Objective To develop a titanium-chromotropic acid complex colorimetry for determination of titanium dioxide in sun-screen cream.Methods The samples were pretreated with dry ashing,wet digestion and microwave digestion,and determined using the titanium-chromotropic acid complex colorimetry.The standard curve was plotted,and the titanium content was measured.In addition,the stability,precision and recovery of the titanium-chromotropic acid complex colorimetry were evaluated.Results The sunscreen cream samples were subjected to microwave digestion with a mixture of nitric acid,hydrofluoric acid and hydrogen peroxide at a wave-length of 460 nm.Titanium dioxide showed a good linear relationship at mass concentrations of 0.0 to 1.0μg/mL,and the standard curve equation was y=0.2476x+0.0281(r=0.9993).The titanium-chromotropic acid complex colorimetry had a 0.75 mg/kg limit of detection,recovery rates of 98.8%to 103.2%and relative standard deviations of 0.96%to 2.13%.Conclusions The developed tita-nium-chromotropic acid complex colorimetry is sensitive,accurate,low in limit of detection and wide in linear range,which is suitable for determination of excessive titanium dioxide addition in titanium dioxide.
