摘要
电池箱体作为动力电池总成的主要承载部件,其结构强度对动力电池系统的可靠性有着关键影响。研究了某款纯电动乘用车电池箱体,运用有限元分析方法对电池箱体的振动模态、结构强度进行分析并制定改进建议,完成了改进方案的台架试验验证。针对电池箱体开发,通过前期设计优化及有限元分析方法,对电池箱体的模态及结构强度进行分析,实现产品方案的快速迭代,减少试验风险,保证动力电池产品的结构可靠性。
As the main load-bearing component of the traction battery assembly,the structural strength of the battery box has a critical impact on the reliability of the traction battery system.This paper analyzes the battery box of a pure electric passenger car and uses finite element analysis method to analyze the modal and structural strength of the battery box.Improvement suggestions are formulated,and bench tests are completed to verify the improvement plan.For the development of battery boxes,through preliminary design optimization and finite element analysis methods,this paper analyzes the modal and structural strength of the battery box care to achieve rapid iteration of product plans,so as to reduce test risks and ensure the structural reliability of traction battery products.
