摘要
为了提高面曝光3D打印机出光的光强均匀性,设计一套带有多个光功率传感器、可以沿着打印机成像幅面长度方向移动的工装。使用该工装采集成像幅面不同区域的光功率,建立光功率拟合曲面,并以测量的最小光功率为基准计算得到一张灰度掩膜图像。光功率较大区域对应的灰度掩膜图像像素的灰度值较小。打印机在后续投影图像时,使用该掩膜图像对投影图像进行灰度值修改操作,使得打印机投影成像图像的各个区域光强趋于一致。实验结果表明,提出的光强均匀性校正技术能够将打印机的光强均匀性(最小值/最大值)由81.3%提升至93.0%。
In order to improve the light intensity uniformity of mask projection 3D printer,a tool with multiple optical power sensors that can move along the length of the printer’s imaging format is designed.The tool is used to collect the optical power of different areas of the imaging format to establish the optical power fitting surface,thus obtaining a gray mask image based on the measured minimum optical power.The gray value of the gray mask image pixel corresponding to the area with larger optical power is smaller.When the printer projects images subsequently,the mask image is used to modify the gray value of the images to be projected,so that the light intensity of each area of the printer’s projected image tends to be consistent.The experimental results show that the proposed light intensity uniformity correction technique can improve the light intensity uniformity(minimum/maximum)of the printer from 81.3%to 93.0%.
