摘要
公立医院分院区同质化是“国考”与公立医院高质量发展的必然要求。公立医院如何加快分院区同质化建设,使不同院区同步实现高质量发展,以保障患者在不同院区能够获得同质化的诊疗服务,是当前多院区医院管理过程中的热点和难点问题。作者通过文献综述、政策研究以及多院区医院管理实践,探讨分院区同质化面临问题与实现路径,提出通过“管理同质化”先行推动“医疗同质化”,建立健全分院区同质化评价体系与考核机制,将分院区同质化评分纳入监测指标,为提升公立医院分院区同质化水平以及相关研究提供参考。
The homogenization of public hospital branch districts is an inevitable requirement for the"National Examination"and the high-quality development of public hospitals.How to accelerate the homogenization construction of branch district areas in public hospitals,so that different multi-district hospitals can achieve high-quality development simultaneously,and ensure that patients can receive homogenized diagnosis and treatment services in different hospital areas,is currently a hot and difficult issue in the management process of multi-district hospitals.This article explores the connotation,problems,and implementation paths of multi-district hospital homogenization through literature review,policy research,and branch district hospital management practices.It proposes to promote"medical homogenization"through"management homogenization",establish and improve the evaluation system and assessment mechanism of branch district hospital homogenization,and incorporate the homogenization score of branch district hospitals into monitoring indicators,providing a reference for improving the homogenization level of public branch district hospital homogenization and related research.
