摘要
目的:对比国内外医院质量研究的现状及热点,并进行可视化分析,为公立医院高质量发展研究提供借鉴。方法:在中国知网(CNKI)和Web of Science核心数据合集中,分别以“医院质量”“hospital quality”为检索主题词,检索中、英文文献,检索时限为2009年1月至2023年4月。应用可视化工具VOSviewer对纳入的文献进行网络视图分析并绘制基于时序的知识图谱,角度包括发文量、研究机构和关键词。结果:国内外文献数量总体呈现逐年增长趋势;研究机构集中于各大高校科研机构和知名医院;CNKI文献研究热点为高质量发展、质量管理、医院感染、医疗质量、持续质量改进、生活质量等;Web of Science文献研究热点为质量结局、生活质量、生存情况等。结论:国内外医院质量研究存在差异,国外文献聚焦于生活和照护质量,国内文献聚焦于制度改善和医院内部管理。
Objective:To compare the current status and hotspots of hospital quality research at home and abroad,and to visualize and analyze them,so as to provide a reference for the research on high-quality development of public hospitals.Methods:Search for Chinese and English literature using the subject heading"hospital quality"in the core databases of CNKI and Web of Science from January 2009 to April 2023.Applying VOSviewer to analyze the network view of the included literature and draw a knowledge graph based on time series,including the number of publications,research institutions,and keywords.Results:The overall number of Chinese and foreign literature showed an increasing trend.Research institutions were concentrated in major universities and well-known hospitals.The research hotspots of CNKI literature included high-quality development,quality management,hospital infection,medical quality,continuous quality improvement,quality of life,etc;The research hotspots of Web of Science literature included quality,outcomes,quality of life,and survival.Conclusion:There were differences in hospital quality studies at home and abroad.Foreign literature focused on quality of life and care,while domestic literature focused on institutional improvement and internal hospital management.
