摘要
以永明煤矿3121工作面进风巷为工程背景,采用RS2软件建立数值模型,分析3121进风巷掘巷、预裂切顶、沿空留巷3个阶段的围岩应力分布、支护构件受力情况和围岩变形及塑性区分布规律。验证切顶沿空留巷方案及现有支护方案的可行性。数值研究结果表明:切顶沿空留巷技术效果显著,顶板可以及时充分垮落;现有支护方案强度可以满足沿空留巷要求,巷道变形量小。同时,现场应用结果表明留巷后3121进风巷围岩变形得到有效控制,满足设计、安全和使用要求,对同类矿井具有一定的借鉴意义。
Take the 3121 working face inlet road of Yongming coal mine as the engineering background and use RS2 software to establish a numerical model to analyze the distribution of surrounding rock stress, the force of supporting members, and the distribution law of surrounding rock deformation and plastic zone in the three stages of 3121 inlet road excavation, pre-cracking top cutting and leaving road along the air.Verify the feasibility of the top-cutting along the hollow left lane solution and the existing support solution. Numerical research results show that: the top-cutting along the hollow stay technology is effective, the top plate can be fully collapsed in time;the strength of the existing support scheme can meet the requirements of the hollow stay, and the deformation of the roadway is small. The field application results show that the deformation of the surrounding rock of the 3121 inlet tunnel after staying in the tunnel is indeed effectively controlled and meets the design, safety, and use requirements, which has particular reference significance for similar mines.
