急倾斜综采工作面断层超前治理技术

Advanced Fault Control Technology in Steeply Inclined Fully Mechanized Mining Face

摘要 针对急倾斜煤层综采工作面断层,提出采取超前注浆加固的方式进行工程治理。通过钻孔施工、钻孔封孔、钻孔注浆对采煤工作面断层进行注浆加固,采用钻孔返渣、孔内窥视、钻孔取芯等方式进行效果检验,在3223采煤工作面顺利完成工业性试验并取得成功,安全推过断层,实现采煤工作面连续推进,提高了煤炭资源回收率,避免了搬家倒面。 In view of the faults in the fully mechanized mining face of steep coal seams, the method of advanced grouting reinforcement is proposed for engineering treatment. Through drilling construction,borehole sealing and borehole grouting, the faults of the mining face were grouted and reinforced, and the effect was tested by means of borehole slag return, borehole peeping, borehole coring, etc. The industrial test was successfully completed in 3223 mining face, and the fault layer was safely pushed through, the continuous advancement of the mining face was realized, the coal resource recovery rate was improved, and the relocation of the face was avoided.
