新型矿用机载锚杆钻机全液压自动控制系统的设计 被引量:1

摘要 针对某进口四臂锚杆钻车钻机液压控制回路复杂、液压阀规格繁杂、故障排查难度大以及阀块流道复杂、体积笨重、加工设计难度大等问题,设计了新型钻机全液压自动控制系统。控制系统以负载传感多路阀作为主控制阀,通过特定设计的控制模块、进给模块、定位模块等液压逻辑控制回路,实现了锚护作业一个工作流程内钻箱旋转、进给、返回、水阀启闭自动控制。该控制系统有助于提高机载锚钻装置的自动化水平,降低工人劳动强度,提高锚杆支护效率,同时具有阀组体积重量小、功能划分清晰、无需电气防爆元件、故障易排查等优点。 Aiming at the problems of complex control loop, complicated specifications of hydraulic valve, difficulty in troubleshooting, and complex flow path, heavy volume, difficult processing and design of valve block of an imported four-arm bolter, a new hydraulic control system of bolter was designed. The control system takes the load sensing multi-way valve as the main control valve, through the specially designed control module, feed module, positioning module and other hydraulic logic control circuit, realizes the automatic control of drilling box rotation, feed, return and water valve opening and closing in one workflow of the bolter. The control system is helpful to improve the automation level of bolter, reduce the labor intensity of workers, improve the efficiency of bolt support,and it also has the advantages of small volume and weight of valve block, clear function division, no need of electrical explosion-proof components, easy troubleshooting and so on.
