基于雨流计数法的采煤机牵引系统载荷谱编制

摘要 为规范适合工矿采煤机牵引系统的可靠性加载试验标准以解决目前试验中存在的加载时间长、无法实际反映现场工况特点等问题。提出一种采煤机牵引系统的载荷谱编制方法,通过对采集并等比例合成的3种典型工况的牵引载荷分析及预处理,并进一步采用雨流计数法对处理后的载荷进行统计和边缘分布拟合,结合概率统计分布经验,得出结果:右牵引变频器载荷的均值与幅值在采煤机左向运行时分别服从正态分布及三参数威布尔分布,且二者相互独立。由此外推出右牵引变频器全寿命周期的载荷频次,编制出相对应的8级二维载荷谱和一维试验程序加载谱。所述方法和结果可为采煤机牵引系统可靠性加载试验提供理论依据和参考,为后续提升牵引系统的可靠性、优化采煤机惯性导航及自动截割技术奠定基础。 In order to standardize the reliability loading test standard suitable for the haulage system of industrial and mining shearers, and to solve the problems existing in the current test, such as long loading time and inability to reflect the characteristics of on-site working conditions. A method for compiling load spectrum of shearer traction system is proposed. Through the analysis and pretreatment of traction load under three typical working conditions that are collected and synthesized in equal proportion, the rain flow counting method is further used to carry out statistics and edge distribution fitting for the treated load, combined with the experience of probability statistics distribution, the results show that the mean value and amplitude of the load of the right traction inverter obey the normal distribution and the three parameter Weibull distribution respectively when the shearer operates in the left direction, and they are independent of each other. The load frequency of the whole life cycle of the right traction inverter is derived from this, and the corresponding 8-level two-dimensional load spectrum and one-dimensional test program load spectrum are compiled. The method and results can provide theoretical basis and reference for the reliability loading test of shearer traction system, and lay a foundation for the reliability of subsequent lifting traction system, optimization of shearer inertial navigation and automatic cutting technology.
