摘要
分析快速康复外科护理方法应用于妇科恶性肿瘤患者术后的康复效果。采用快速康复外科护理方法,将100例妇科三大恶性肿瘤(宫颈癌、子宫内膜癌和卵巢癌)术后患者分为实验组和对照组,从术后康复时间、下肢静脉血栓发生率、术后并发症及不良反应、疼痛焦虑评分、患者对护理工作满意度等进行康复效果对比分析。结果表明,快速康复外科护理可显著缩短妇科三大恶性肿瘤患者术后康复时间(P<0.05),显著降低患者术后下肢静脉血栓的发生率(P<0.05),显著降低其他并发症的发生率和不良反应(P<0.05),显著缓解患者术后疼痛和焦虑情绪(P<0.05),提高患者对护理工作的满意度,说明快速康复外科护理方法可显著提高妇科三大恶性肿瘤患者的术后康复效果。
In order to analyze the effect of rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing in gynecological malignant tumor patients after surgery,the study selects 100 patients with three major gynecological malignancies(cervical cancer,endometrial cancer and ovarian cancer),and divides them into experimental group and control group with rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing method;and compares and analyzes the rehabilitation effect from postoperative rehabilitation time,incidence of venous thrombosis in lower limbs,postoperative complications and adverse reactions,pain anxiety score and patients’satisfaction with nursing work,etc.The results show that rapid rehabilitation nursing can significantly shorten the postoperative rehabilitation time of patients with three major gynecological malignancies(P<0.05),significantly reduce the incidence of postoperative thrombosis in lower extremity veins(P<0.05),significantly reduce the incidence of other complications and adverse reactions(P<0.05),significantly relieve the postoperative pain and anxiety of patient(P<0.05),and improve the satisfaction of patients with nursing work.These indicate that the rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing method can significantly improve the postoperative rehabilitation effect of patients with three major gynecological malignant tumors.
