平面应力状态下正交异性金属损伤比屈服理论

Damage ratio yield theory for orthotropic metals under the plane stress state

摘要 在各向同性材料损伤比强度理论研究成果的基础上,发现脆性材料损伤比参数的定义也适用于正交异性金属材料.首先,根据单元体相对耗能率极值计算模型,构建平面应力状态下正交异性金属损伤比屈服理论,其形式简单、参数物理意义明确且能反映拉压不对称效应;其次,建议损伤比参数之和的取值并提出不同取向角下单轴屈服应力的计算公式.分析结果表明,当正交异性金属材料在单轴拉伸和双轴拉伸应力状态时,Hill-48屈服准则为损伤比强度理论的特例;此外,正交异性金属材料损伤比屈服准则得到镁合金、铝合金、钢材和锆的单轴屈服应力及镁合金、铝合金、钢材和Ni3Al基金属间化合物IC10合金的双轴屈服应力试验结果的验证,计算精度与现有几类反映材料拉压非对称性的唯象屈服准则一致. Based on the research results of the damage ratio strength theory for isotropic materials,it is discovered that the definition of the damage ratio parameter for brittle materials is also applicable to orthotropic metal materials.The damage ratio yield theory for orthotropic metals under the plane stress state is built using the calculation model for the extreme value of the relative energy dissipation rate of the element.The theory has a simple form and physically meaningful parameters and can reflect the tensioncompression asymmetry characteristics.Furthermore,the method for determining the sum of damage ratio parameters and the formula for calculating the uniaxial yield stress at various orientation angles is proposed.The Hill-48 yield criterion is a special case of the damage ratio strength theory for orthotropic metals under uniaxial and biaxial tensile stress states.The proposed yield theory is confirmed by the experimental yield stresses of magnesium alloy,aluminum alloy,steel,zirconium,and IC10 alloy.Additionally,the proposed theory’s calculation accuracy agrees with a number of pre-existing phenomenological yield criteria that can capture the tension-compression asymmetry properties.
