摘要
唐山矿0291大倾角综放工作面的最大倾角39°、平均煤厚10 m,以椭球体理论为基础给出了放煤口上下两侧的煤岩分界线理论方程,结果表明:当煤层倾角较大时,煤岩分界线呈不对称的抛物线分布,上部放出体大于下部放出体,即随着倾角的增大,放出煤体主要集中在支架斜上方的顶煤中。选用PFC2D软件对放煤参数进行优化,比较不同放煤工艺时的顶煤放出率,按照“见矸即停”原则,模拟结果表明:在不同架次的放煤量都是在一定范围内上下波动,不同放煤工艺的顶煤放出率差异较大,下行放煤优于上行放煤,多轮放煤优于单轮放煤,其中多轮顺序下行顶煤放出率最大为87.6%,因而优选两轮下行放煤工艺,该工艺在唐山矿0291和392工作面应用效果良好。
The dip angle of the top of 0291 fully mechanized caving face with large dip angle is 39°and the average coal thickness is 10 m.Based on the ellipsoid theory,the theoretical equation of the coal-rock boundary on the upper and lower sides of the coal caving opening is given.The results show that when the dip angle of the coal seam is large,the coal-rock boundary is distributed in an asymmetric parabola,and the upper caving body is larger than the lower caving body,that is,with the increase of the dip angle,the caving coal body is mainly concentrated in the top coal above the inclined support.PFC2D software is selected to optimize the coal drawing parameters and compare the top coal release rate under different coal drawing processes.According to the principle of"stop at the sight of waste",the simulation results show that the top coal release rate of different coal drawing processes fluctuates up and down within a certain range,and the top coal release rate of different coal drawing processes varies greatly.Downward coal drawing is superior to upward coal drawing,and multi-round coal drawing is superior to single-round coal drawing,and the maximum top coal release rate of multi-round sequential downward coal drawing is 87.6%,Therefore,the two-round downward coal drawing process is optimized,and the application effect of this process in the 0291 and 392 working faces of Tangshan coal mine is good.
