摘要
间充质基质细胞(MSCs)是一种具有多向分化和自我更新潜能的干细胞,除了干细胞潜能外,最近因其在免疫反应中的调控作用而受到广泛关注.巨噬细胞是一种固有免疫细胞,在炎症起始和消散中发挥关键作用,可极化为经典活化的促炎M1型巨噬细胞和选择性活化的抗炎M2型巨噬细胞,通过调控巨噬细胞可以调节炎性反应.研究表明,低氧、生物活性分子和热等预处理方式可改变MSCs的免疫调控能力.在此,笔者总结了经不同方式预处理的MSCs对巨噬细胞免疫调控作用及其在疾病治疗中的研究进展.
Mesenchymal stromal cells are stem cells with multi-directional differentiation and self-renewal potential,which have received widespread attention due to their ability to regulate immune responses.Macrophages are an innate immune cell that plays a crucial role in the initiation and dissipation of inflammation,and can polarize towards classic activated pro-inflammatory M1 macrophages and alternative activated anti-inflammatory M2 macrophages.Regulating macrophage function can regulate inflammatory responses.Research has shown that pretreatment methods such as hypoxia,bioactive molecules,and heat can alter the immune regulatory ability of MSCs.Here,the author summarizes the research progress of pre-treatment MSCs on macrophage immune regulation and their application in disease treatment.
