摘要
建立了离子色谱-串联质谱联用技术同时测定小麦粉中草甘膦、氨甲基膦酸、氯酸盐和高氯酸盐的分析方法。小麦粉经甲醇水提取,固相萃取净化,经IonPac AS19(250 mm×2 mm)阴离子色谱柱分离,进入质谱进行检测。结果表明,4种污染物在各自的质量浓度范围内线性关系良好,线性相关系数(R^(2))均大于0.997,平均回收率75.0%-109.0%,RSD(相对标准偏差)在1.9%-10.4%。对草甘膦、氨甲基膦酸、氯酸盐、高氯酸盐的定量限(S/N=10)分别为20、40、6.4、3.2μg/kg,该方法具有简单、灵敏度高、准确性高的优势,适用于同时测定小麦粉中草甘膦、氨甲基膦酸、氯酸盐和高氯酸盐。
In this paper,an analytical method for the simultaneous determination of glyphosate,aminomethylphosphonic acid,chlorate and perchlorate in wheat flour by ion chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry is developed.The wheat flour was extracted with methanol water and cleaned up by solid phase extraction,then separated on an IonPac AS19(250 mm×2 mm)anion chromatographic column,and finally detected by mass spectrometry.Recoveries are in the range of 68.6%-109%,and the RSD are all in the range of 1.9%-10.4%.The quantitation limits of Glyphosate,AMPA,Chlorate、Perchlorate are 20、40、6.4、3.2μg/kg respectively.The method has the advantages of simplicity,high sensitivity and accuracy and is suitable for the simultaneous determination of glyphosate,aminomethylphosphonic acid,chlorate and perchlorate in wheat flour.
