摘要
在实际工程中,有时候需要对既有混凝土构件进行加固,劈拉强度试验是研究新旧混凝土黏结力学性能的主要试验之一。采用钢纤维混凝土和混杂纤维混凝土与既有混凝土黏结形成标准立方体试件,通过劈拉强度试验,探讨纤维类型、纤维掺量对新旧混凝土黏结劈拉性能的影响规律。试验结果表明:与普通混凝土相比,采用钢纤维混凝土、钢纤维-合成纤维混杂纤维混凝土加固可显著增加混凝土的劈裂抗拉强度,并且单掺钢纤维混凝土的加固效果优于混杂纤维混凝土。
In practical engineering,it is sometimes necessary to strengthen the existing concrete members.Split tensile test is one of the main tests to study the bonding mechanical performance between new and old concrete.The splitting tensile tests were carried out on the standard cube specimens formed by the bonding of steel fiber reinforced concrete and hybrid fiber reinforced concrete with existing concrete.The effects of fiber type and fiber content on the bond splitting tensile properties of new and old concrete are discussed.As the results,compared with ordinary concrete,steel fiber reinforced concrete and steel-synthetic hybrid fiber reinforced concrete can significantly increase the splitting tensile strength of concrete,and the reinforcement effect of steel fiber reinforced concrete is better than that of hybrid fiber reinforced concrete.
