摘要
目的探讨神经外科开展细节化管理对护理管理质量的提升作用。方法选取2021年1月—2022年12月北京市昌平区医院神经外科护理人员20名为研究对象,2021年1—12月运用常规管理,设为管理前,2022年1—12月运用细节化管理,设为管理后,对比管理前后护理管理质量的差异。结果管理后护理质量(转运交接、急救物品与药品等)项目评分均高于管理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);管理后管理质量(病区管理能力、护理质量管理能力等)项目评分均高于管理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);管理后护士态度、技术、病情观察评分均高于管理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);管理后护理差错率、纠纷率等不良事件发生率低于管理前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对神经外科护士重视细节化管理模式,可提高护理及管理质量,改善护士服务态度、技巧、观察能力,减少护理不良事件的发生。
Objective To explore the effect of detailed management in neurosurgery on improving the quality of nursing management.Methods 20 neurosurgery nursing staff of Changping District Hospital in Beijing from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects,and used routine management from January to December 2021,set as before management.From January to December 2022,detailed management will be used and set as after management.Compared the difference of nursing management quality before and after management.Results The scores of quality of care(ifems such as transfer and handover,first aid supplies and medicine items)after management were all higher than before management,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After management,the scores of management quality(ifems such as namely ward management ability and nursing quality management ability)were higher than before management,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of nurses'attitudes,skills,and condition observation and evaluation after management were all higher than before management,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing error rate,dispute rate and other adverse event rates after management were lower than those of the before management,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Paying attention to the detailed management model for neurosurgery nurses can improve the quality of nursing and management,improve nurses'service attitude,skills and observation ability,and reduce adverse nursing events.
