不同辅料对猪粪好氧堆肥质量的影响

摘要 规模化生猪养殖行业的迅速发展导致了养殖废弃物的大量产生、排放,给周围的生态环境带来了巨大的压力。研究以新鲜猪粪便作为堆肥的原材料,利用生物质炭、秸秆、米糠与菌棒以及嗜热侧孢霉等辅料作为堆肥过程中的添加剂,研究各种辅料对堆肥过程中的温度变化、含水率和pH以及碳氮比等的影响。研究表明:各处理组与对照组相比,其中温度峰值达到了57.3℃,pH值、含水率均下降较快。而添加嗜热侧孢霉处理的总氮含量明显提高,到堆肥结束时为26.2g·kg^(-1),有机碳下降幅度较快,碳氮比较优,从而使得猪粪好氧堆肥制成的有机肥资源达到了更好的施用效果。 The rapid development of large-scale pig breeding industry has led to a large amount of breeding waste production and discharge,which has brought great pressure to the surrounding ecological environment.By adding different auxiliary materials in the process of aerobic composting of pig manure,the effect of various auxiliary materials on the quality of aerobic composting of pig manure was investigated to eliminate the pollution of animal manure and turn it into organic fertilizer at the same time,so as to achieve the circular economic benefits of harmless and resourcefulness.The study used fresh pig manure as the raw material for composting and auxiliary materials such as biomass charcoal,straw,rice bran with mycorrhizal rods and thermophilic siderophores as additives in the composting process,and investigated the effects of various auxiliary materials on temperature changes,moisture content and pH as well as carbon to nitrogen ratio during the composting process.The results showed that compared with the control group,the peak temperature reached 57.3℃,and the pH value and water content decreased faster.The total nitrogen content of treatment 4 was significantly increased to 26.2 g·kg^(-1) at the end of composting,the organic carbon decreased rapidly,and the carbon and nitrogen were better,so that the organic fertilizer resources made from the aerobic compost of pig manure achieved better application effect.
