某型燃气轮机水管路裂纹故障分析

摘要 本文阐述了某型燃气轮机运行过程中出现的水管路裂纹故障,通过对其进行系统性分析,采用故障树分析方法,对各底事件进行排查,从断口分析、成分分析、设计复查、实物复查和固有频率对比等方面进行分析,最终确定故障原因。通过改进翻边法兰设计和提高结构强度等措施完成故障排除,经验证合理有效。 The water pipe Crack problem on a certain type of gas turbine was proposed in this report.The fault tree was used in this paper to analyze the problem.By investigating the bottom events of the fault tree,the zone of fracture、material、process of design was analyzed.Afterthat,the breakdown was due to the stress caused by the stress concentration.By designing flanges and other measures,the breakdown was excluded finally and verified reasonable and effective.
