摘要
以基于双车架的自动调平装置为研究对象,在SolidWorks中建立双车架与自动调平液压缸模型,对自动调平液压缸进行选型,并将双车架导入Workbench19.0中网格划分,进行两种典型工况的静力学分析,得到各工况下双车架的位移云图和应力云图。分析结果表明,双车架在各工况下的刚度与强度均符合设计要求,可为丘陵山区果实采摘车的自动调平装置结构设计提供参考。
Taking automatic levelling device based on double frame as the research object,the model of double frame and automatic levelling hydraulic cylinder was established in SolidWorks,the automatic levelling hydraulic cylinder was selected,and the double frame was imported into Workbench19.0 for grid division and static analysis of two typical working conditions.The displacement nephogram and stress nephogram of the double frame under different working conditions are obtained.The results show that the stiffness and strength of the double frame meet the design requirements under various working conditions,which can provide a reference for the structural design of automatic levelling device of fruit picking truck in hilly and mountainous areas.
