摘要
近年来,厦门践行“绿水青山就是金山银山”的生态理念,高度重视农村生活污水治理提升工作,在“十三五”期间取得显著成效。但随着城市的不断扩张发展,市政基础设施的短板也不断显现出来,农村生活污水收集率及处理率不高,分散式污水处理设施出水水质不稳定,设施运行维护监管难、雨污混流等历史欠账尚未彻底解决。本文以厦门市海沧区农村生活污水治理工程为例,对污水处理现状问题进行分析评估,以生态文明理念为指引,按照高质量高标准的要求,提出农村生活污水治理的新思路,旨在为建设美丽宜居的“绿盈乡村”,助力厦门两高两化建设贡献一份力量。
In order to practice the ecological concept of“lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets”,Xiamen City has attached great im-th portance to the improvement of rural domestic sewage treatment in recent years,and has achieved remarkable results during the 13 five-year period.However,with the continuous expansion and development of the city,the shortcomings of the municipal infrastructure are also constantly showing up.There are several challenges such as collection rate and treatment rate of rural domestic sewage are not high,the quality of effluent from decentralized sewage treatment facilities is not stable,as well as the historical debts such as the difficulty of facility operation and maintenance,mixed flow of rain and pollution and so on have not been completely solved.Taking the rural domestic sewage treatment project in Haicang District,Xiamen City as an example,this paper analyzes and evaluates the present problems of sewage treatment.Guided by the concept of Ecological Civilization,it puts for-ward new ideas for rural domestic sewage treatment according to the requirements of high quality and high standards,aiming to build a beautiful and livable“Green Countryside”,which could to contribute to the sustainable development of Xiamen City.
