摘要
本文研究了燃天然气锅炉烟气中水蒸气冷凝率与使用地海拔之间的关系。在已知天然气组分及过量空气系数的条件下,通过测试燃天然气锅炉使用地大气压力,烟气冷凝余热回收设备前后烟气压力、温度、组分、湿度,计算烟气中水蒸气份额及冷凝率。结果显示在相同烟气温度、组分的前提下,随着燃天然气锅炉使用地点海拔升高,大气压力降低导致天然气燃烧后产生的烟气中水分露点温度降低,烟气中水分冷凝率降低。
This paper research the relationship between the condensation rate of water vapor in the flue gas of natural gas boilers and the altitude of the usage site.Under the conditions of known natural gas components and excess air coefficient,calculate the water vapor fraction and condensation rate in the flue gas by testing the atmospheric pressure at the location where the natural gas boiler is used,as well as the flue gas pressure,temperature,composition,and humidity before and after the flue gas condensation waste heat recovery equipment.The results show that under the same flue gas temperature and composition,as the altitude of the natural gas boiler increases and the atmospheric pressure decreases,the dew point temperature of water in the flue gas generated after natural gas combustion decreases,and the condensation rate of water vapor in the flue gas decreases.
