摘要 介绍了四代核电站用阀门的严苛工况(设计温度为超高温(≥427℃),需快速启闭(≤5 s)),总结归纳了该工况下阀门扭矩传递机构的设计难点,并给出了具体的解决方案,分析确定碟簧预紧量,预紧碟簧保证正常扭矩的传递;选定碟簧的总压缩量,补偿高温膨胀量和吸收惯性冲击载荷;在阀杆螺母两端设置了上下两组的碟簧,通过碟簧、碟簧套、推力球轴承、止推垫的组合结构限制阀杆螺母的轴向位移,深沟球轴承保障阀杆螺母的径向支撑。最后在高温试验回路上,完成循环寿命试验,验证该阀门结构能满足运行工况。其他类似工况的机械的扭矩传递机构也可采用其解决方案。 This paper introduces the harsh working conditions of valves used in the fourth generation nuclear power plant(design temperature is ultra-high temperature(≥427℃),which needs to be opened and closed quickly(≤5 s)),summarizes the design difficulties of the valve torque transfer mechanism under this working condition,and gives the specific solution:Analyze and determine the pre-tightening amount of the disc spring to ensure the transmission of normal torque;Select the total compression of the disc spring to compensate for the high temperature expansion and absorb the inertial impact load;The upper and lower sets of disc springs are arranged at both ends of the valve stem nut.The axial displacement of the valve stem nut is limited by the combination structure of disc spring,disc spring sleeve,thrust ball bearing and thrust pad,and the radial support of the valve stem nut is guaranteed by the deep groove ball bearing.Finally,on the high temperature test circuit,the cycle life test is completed to verify that the valve structure can meet the operating conditions.The solution can also be used for the torque transfer mechanism of other machinery with similar working conditions.
