【Objective】To observe the effect of introducing individualized medical nutrition intervention mechanism in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus in early pregnancy.【Method】Totally 100 patients with gestational diabetes in early pregnancy treated in our hospital from October 2020 to September 2022 were selected as the observation sample, and the 100 patients with gestational diabetes in early pregnancy were divided into 50 experimental groups and 50 control groups by random number table method. In the test group, individualized medical nutrition intervention was introduced on top of the conventional health management model of gestational diabetes.【Result】The test group had higher health management compliance scores, lower rates of poor weight control and adverse maternal and infant outcomes than the control group, and better glucolipid metabolism indicators than the control group(P<0.05).【Conclusion】The introduction of individualized medical nutrition interventions in gestational diabetes mellitus patients in early pregnancy can improve their health management adherence, optimize their glycolipid metabolic indexes, effectively control their body weight, and reduce the rate of adverse maternal and infant pregnancy outcomes.
