摘要
目的:研究包皮手术患儿家长参与围术期照护的知信行现状及影响因素,为医务人员制定更为有效的健康宣教计划和干预措施提供参考依据。方法:采用随机整群抽样抽取长沙市2所三甲医院,共261位包皮手术患儿家长作为研究对象,通过问卷调查包皮手术患儿家长参与围术期照护的知信行现状。结果:包皮手术患儿家长参与围术期照护的知信行总问卷平均得分为(145.72±17.21)分,知识部分平均得分为(58.77±13.74)分,态度部分平均得分为(57.78±6.18)分;行为部分平均得分为(29.17±3.51)分,单因素分析结果显示,家长角色、不同文化程度、家庭月收入、获取包皮手术相关的信息来源在包皮手术患儿家长参与围术期照护的知信行得分上存在显著差异(p<0.05)。多因素分析结果显示,文化程度、家庭月收入、职业是包皮手术患儿家长参与围术期照护的知信行知识、态度、行为的主要影响因素。结论:包皮手术患儿家长参与围术期照护的态度和行为较为积极,但是参与围术期照护的知识水平有待提高,尤其是包皮手术护理方面的知识,可以参考以上影响因素制定相应的改进措施。
Objective:To study the current situation and influencing factors of parents’participation in perioperative care of children with prepuce surgery,so as to provide reference for medical staff to formulate more effective health education plans and intervention measures.Methods:261 parents of children with prepuce surgery were selected by random cluster sampling from 2 third class hospitals in Changsha.The current situation of knowledge,belief and practice of parents of children with prepuce surgery participating in perioperative care was investigated by self-designed questionnaire.Results:the average score of the total questionnaire of knowledge,belief and practice of parents participating in perioperative care was(145.72±17.21),the average score of knowledge was(58.77±13.74),and the average score of attitude was(57.78±6.18);The average score of behavior part was(29.17±3.51).The results of univariate analysis showed that there were significant differences in the scores of parents’knowledge and behavior in participating in perioperative care of children with foreskin surgery(P<0.05).The results of multivariate analysis showed that education level,family monthly income and occupation were the main influencing factors of parents’knowledge,attitude and behavior in perioperative care.Conclusion:parents of children with prepuce surgery have a positive attitude and behavior in participating in perioperative care,but the knowledge level of participating in perioperative care needs to be improved,especially the knowledge of prepuce surgery nursing.Corresponding improvement measures can be formulated with reference to the above influencing factors.
