摘要
以农用拖拉机变速箱液压系统为研究对象,对变速箱液压系统工作需求和性能参数进行分析,设计了一种变速箱内部流道润滑系统,并建立液压润滑系统设计原理图,使用FLUENT对润滑系统内部流道进行流场数据仿真分析。分析结果表明:造成拖拉机液压系统内部压力损失的主要原因是存在较多的直角弯道,流道内润滑油低速流动时需要克服较大的粘性阻力,影响液压润滑系统的使用效率。因此,农用拖拉机液压系统在设计布局过程中,应尽量减少直角弯道,避免在系统内部产生涡流区域,以有效减少系统流道内的压力损失,降低液压系统能耗。
Taking the transmission hydraulic system of agricultural tractor as the research object,this paper analyzes the working requirements and performance parameters of the transmission hydraulic system,designs a transmission internal flow channel lubrication system,establishes the design schematic diagram of the hydraulic lubrication system,and uses fluent to simulate and analyze the flow field data of the internal flow channel of the lubrication system.The analysis results show that the main reason for the pressure loss in the tractor hydraulic system is that there are many right angle bends.When the lubricating oil flows at low speed,it needs to overcome the large viscous resistance,which affects the service efficiency of the hydraulic lubrication system.During the design and layout of the hydraulic system of agricultural tractor,we should try to reduce the right angle curve,avoid the eddy current area in the system,effectively reduce the pressure loss in the system flow channel and reduce the energy consumption of the hydraulic system.
