大白菜机械化收获技术研究现状与发展趋势 被引量:2

摘要 随着现代农业技术的发展,大白菜机械化收获技术在我国越来越引起重视。目前,我国大白菜收获作业仍以人工为主,机械化收获水平较低。为了使大白菜收获跟上时代的步伐,满足大白菜的生产需要,结合国内外大白菜机械化收获技术,重点分析了大白菜机械化收获中拔取、切根、输送提升及转运收集等关键技术;然后,总结现有收获机及其关键部件所存在的问题;最后,针对我国现阶段的研究情况,对我国大白菜机械化收获方面的研究提出几点建议,旨在为我国大白菜机械化收获技术装备的研发与应用提供参考依据。 With the development of modern agricultural technology,the mechanized harvesting technology of Chinese cabbage has attracted more and more attention in China.At present,the harvesting of Chinese cabbage in my country is still dominated by manual labor,and the level of mechanized harvesting is relatively low.In order to make the Chinese cabbage harvest keep pace with the times and meet the production needs of Chinese cabbage.Combined with domestic and foreign mechanized harvesting technology of Chinese cabbage,this paper focuses on the analysis of key technologies in the mechanized harvesting of Chinese cabbage,such as extraction,root cutting,conveying and lifting,and transfer collection;then summarizes the problems existing in existing harvesters and their key components;According to the current research situation,some suggestions are put forward for the research on the mechanized harvesting of Chinese cabbage in my country:the research on the combination of agricultural machinery and agronomy,the research on flexible harvesting technology and the research on unmanned harvesting technology.The research and development and application of equipment provide a reference basis.
