谷物力学特性的试验研究

摘要 谷物在收获、运输和产后处理过程中总会发生碰撞、挤压等现象,使粮食产生破损。为此,针对谷物物理力学特性进行了试验研究,并分析了玉米、大豆、大米和红饭豆的摩擦特性、抗压特性,以及含水率对大豆摩擦特性和抗压特性的影响。结果表明:不同种类谷物的静摩擦因数及平均极限压力存在显著差异,平均静摩擦因数红饭豆>玉米>大米>花生;抗压特性试验中,测得大豆、花生、玉米、红饭豆的平均极限压力分别为101.92、27.37、78.89、34.01N。在不同含水率对大豆力学特性影响的对比试验中,大豆与合金钢摩擦片的静摩擦因数随含水率的增加而增大,平均极限压力随大豆含水率的增加而降低,二者呈负相关。研究结果可为粮食的物理特性参数研究提供重要依据。 Grain in the process of harvesting,transportation,and postpartum processing always meet collision,the phenomenon such as extrusion food produce damage,in order to reduce the grain loss,grain physical and mechanical properties were studied,the author of this paper,analysis of corn,soybean,rice and red rice bean friction properties and compressive properties and moisture content influence on friction and the compressive properties of soybean.The experimental results showed that the static friction coefficient and the average ultimate pressure of different kinds of grains were significantly different,and the average static friction coefficient was red rice bean>corn>rice>peanut.The average limit pressures of soybean,peanut,corn and red rice bean were 101.92N,27.37N,78.89N and 34.01N,respectively.The static friction coefficient of soybean and alloy steel friction sheet increased with the increase of water content,and the average limit pressure decreased with the increase of water content of soybean.They are negatively correlated,which provides important basis for the study of grain physical characteristics parameters.
