摘要
挥发酚是水环境质量监测的重要项目,在实际工作中地表水、地下水挥发酚一般采用萃取分光光度法进行测定。该法灵敏度高、检出限低,但影响因素多,不同的实验用水、试剂、萃取效率、显色条件均对结果影响较大,探讨不同因素对萃取分光光度法测定挥发酚的影响。
Volatile phenol is one of the basic items of surface water environmental quality standard,one of the conventional indicators of groundwater quality and one of the extended indicators of living drinking water.In actual work,volatile phenol in surface water and groundwater is generally measured by extraction spectrophotometry.The method has high sensitivity and low detection limit,but there are many influencing factors.Different experimental water,reagents,extraction efficiency and color conditions have great influence on the results.This paper aims to explore the influence of different factors on the determination of volatile phenol by extraction spectrophotometry.
