基于日照辐射的施工期间混凝土外栏板温度作用效应分析与施工质量控制

摘要 为探究日照辐射对混凝土外栏板的影响,建立了有限元分析模型,分析在日照辐射作用工况下混凝土外栏板的温度和受力状况。分析结果表明,由于外栏板正晒面和背晒面受到日照辐射强度不同,不同表面温度存在差异,内部存在温度梯度,栏板产生附加变形和应力,栏板内钢筋亦产生了不可忽视的应力。根据分析结果,从设计、施工、养护方面提出了混凝土外栏板施工质量控制的建议。 For research the influences of the solar insolation to the concrete outsider fence-slab,set up the FEA model to analysis the temperature and mechanical situation under the case of solar insolation.The analytical results indicates that,there is a difference of temperature between the surface on the fence-slab front and back to the solar insolation because of the difference of intensity of solar insolation;additional deformation and stress will caused by the temperature gradient in the slab,the steel bar in fence-slab also shows stress not be ignored.Advices from the aspect of design,construction and curing for constructional quality controlling of the concrete fence-slab were given based on the analytical results.
